At South Georgia Karting, we stand behind the products we sell and want you to order with confidence. Because many of the components we carry are performance-based racing parts, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return must be received by South Georgia Karting within 30 days of the original shipment date

Item must be returned in new condition

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Original packaging must be included
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Restocking Fees
Due to inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling costs, the following restocking fees apply:
Unopened / Factory-Sealed Items
If the product is returned exactly as shipped — unopened, unused, and in original packaging — a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Opened but New Condition Items
If the product has been opened but is still in new, unused condition with all original packaging included, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items that show signs of installation, use, damage, missing components, or altered packaging may be refused.
Return Process

Contact Christine Lloyd at christine@southgeorgiakarting.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Ship the item back at your expense.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method via Shopify.
Refunds will be processed minus the applicable restocking fee once the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
South Georgia Karting reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
